Hot Dog Corn Muffins (for kids)
Ingredients
1 pk regular hot dogs (cut into pieces)
1 pk jiffy cornbread mix
eggs and milk for mixMake cornbread mixture according to package. Add pieces of hotdog to mixture and fold together.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill 3/4 full with mixture.
Bake for 15 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.Serve with mustard and ketchup
